WhatsApp Integration

Netasampark integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver compliant, high-volume messaging and conversational experiences.

Requirements

  • Verified Facebook Business Manager account
  • Approved WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with phone numbers in Connected status
  • Messaging templates approved by Meta
  • Netasampark tenant with WhatsApp integration enabled

Configuration Steps

  1. In the admin panel, open Integrations → WhatsApp.
  2. Connect your Facebook Business account using OAuth.
  3. Select or add approved phone numbers.
  4. Map numbers to Netasampark sender profiles and assign default templates.
  5. Configure webhook callback URL to point to Netasampark (auto-populated for managed tenants).

Template Management

  • Sync existing templates from Meta or create new ones inside Netasampark.
  • Submit for approval directly; statuses update automatically.
  • Organize templates by category and language for easier discovery.

Rate & Quality Monitoring

  • Track daily messaging limits, quality rating, and template health.
  • Receive alerts if quality drops or limits are at risk.
  • Use fallbacks (SMS/Email) in campaigns to maintain delivery when limits reset.

Compliance Tips

  • Obtain explicit user consent before sending proactive notifications.
  • Respect opt-outs and maintain suppression lists.
  • Keep templates transactional or informative to avoid policy violations.
  • Log WhatsApp conversations for auditability.
