Campaign Automation

Campaigns let you design multi-step communication journeys that react to voter behavior in real time.

Create Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns → Create Campaign.
  2. Select a template (drip, nurture, re-engagement) or start from scratch.
  3. Define enrollment criteria (segment, form submission, manual add).
  4. Configure the goal metric (message delivered, survey completed, donation recorded).
  5. Save as draft to collaborate before launch.

Journey Builder

  • Drag nodes onto the canvas: triggers, actions, delays, decision splits.
  • Connect nodes to define the voter path.
  • Configure each node (channel, template, wait time, condition).
  • Preview the flow with sample voters to catch logic gaps.

Campaign Scheduling

  • Schedule start/end dates and quiet hours.
  • Limit daily enrollment volume to avoid channel throttling.
  • Pause, resume, or fast-forward active journeys.
  • Sync scheduled steps with team calendars for visibility.

Campaign Analytics

Monitor performance from the dashboard:

  • Enrollment counts and completion rate.
  • Channel-specific metrics (delivery, read, click, response).
  • Conversion funnels and goal attainment.
  • Export raw data for external BI tools.

Use insights to iterate quickly—duplicate top-performing campaigns or adjust underperforming branches.
