Coordinate rallies, meetings, and community programs while tracking attendance in real time.

Create Event

  1. Go to Events → Create Event.
  2. Specify title, location, start/end time, and organizer.
  3. Add capacity limits and optional registration form fields.
  4. Publish to generate shareable invites and QR codes.

Calendar View

  • Switch between month, week, and agenda layouts.
  • Filter by organizer, event type, or constituency.
  • Sync with Google or Outlook calendars for team visibility.
  • Drag events to adjust timing (permissions permitting).

Track Attendance

  • Use attendance dashboard to see who checked in versus invited.
  • Mark attendees manually or scan badges.
  • Record guest additions and comments for post-event follow-up.

QR Code Scanning

  • Open the mobile PWA scanner from the event detail page.
  • Scan attendee QR codes for instant check-in.
  • Supports offline mode—entries sync when connection returns.
  • Export attendance logs as CSV or push to CRM.
