Messaging Hub
The Messaging Hub unifies WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and IVR delivery workflows so outreach teams can execute campaigns without switching tools.
Send WhatsApp
- Open Messaging → Send Message and choose WhatsApp.
- Pick an approved template (mandatory for outbound notifications).
- Populate template variables, attach media if needed, and select the sender profile.
- Target individual voters, saved segments, or upload an ad-hoc CSV.
- Schedule or send immediately. Delivery receipts feed back into the voter timeline automatically.
Send SMS
- Choose SMS as the channel.
- Compose a 160-character message or reuse a saved snippet.
- Select the SMS provider profile (configured in the admin panel).
- Target the audience and confirm cost estimates before sending.
Send Email
- Draft rich HTML or plain-text emails using the built-in editor.
- Personalize with merge tags (name, constituency, previous survey answers).
- Attach files or link to hosted assets.
- Track opens and clicks to refine future messaging.
IVR Calls
- Choose Voice/IVR and upload an audio file or type a script for text-to-speech.
- Configure call retries, call window, and caller ID.
- Optionally enable DTMF input to gather feedback during the call.
- Launch and monitor success rates from the analytics tab.
Bulk Messaging
Bulk campaigns orchestrate multi-thousand recipient sends with throttling safeguards:
- Use segments or filtered voter selections.
- Define batching speed per channel to stay within compliance limits.
- Add fallbacks (e.g., SMS if WhatsApp fails).
- Monitor progress in real time and pause/resume as needed.
Template Management
Manage templates under Messaging → Templates:
- Submit WhatsApp templates for approval directly from Netasampark.
- Organize templates by category (onboarding, grievance updates, fundraising).
- Maintain version history and approvals.
- Assign permissions so only authorized editors make changes.
Templates ensure consistent branding, reduce compliance risk, and accelerate message compose time.
