Offline Mode

Netasampark's offline-first architecture keeps teams productive even when connectivity is unreliable.

How It Works

• The PWA caches critical data (voters, segments, templates, tasks) locally using IndexedDB.
• Actions performed offline queue in the Sync Center with timestamps and device IDs.
• Once connectivity returns, queued actions replay in order to maintain data integrity.

Sync Data

1. Open the Sync Center from the top-right status indicator.
2. Review pending actions and resolve any validation warnings.
3. Tap Sync Now to push updates immediately, or allow automatic background sync.
4. Confirm successful sync and clear completed queue items.

Limitations

• Bulk imports, media uploads, and template approvals require an active connection.
• Real-time analytics and dashboards show cached snapshots until sync completes.
• Device storage limits may restrict the size of local datasets—trim unused segments periodically.

Even with these limitations, most day-to-day canvassing, note-taking, and follow-up tasks remain fully functional offline.
