Team Management

Manage access, roles, and workloads for campaign staff and volunteers.

Add Members

  1. Go to Team → Members and click Invite Member.
  2. Enter name, email/phone, and assign the appropriate role.
  3. Optionally restrict by constituency, campaign, or feature set.
  4. Send invite—users receive onboarding instructions instantly.

Assign Tasks

  • Create tasks from voter profiles, campaigns, or the Task Board.
  • Set due dates, priority, and attach context (notes, files, location).
  • Assign to individuals or groups; enable reminders for overdue tasks.
  • Track completion rates from the Team Dashboard.

Role Permissions

  • Use prebuilt roles (Admin, Staff, Volunteer) or craft custom ones.
  • Toggle access to modules (Messaging, Analytics, Finance).
  • Scope data visibility by geography or tenant.
  • Audit permission updates to meet compliance requirements.
