Team Management
Manage access, roles, and workloads for campaign staff and volunteers.
Add Members
- Go to Team → Members and click Invite Member.
- Enter name, email/phone, and assign the appropriate role.
- Optionally restrict by constituency, campaign, or feature set.
- Send invite—users receive onboarding instructions instantly.
Assign Tasks
- Create tasks from voter profiles, campaigns, or the Task Board.
- Set due dates, priority, and attach context (notes, files, location).
- Assign to individuals or groups; enable reminders for overdue tasks.
- Track completion rates from the Team Dashboard.
Role Permissions
- Use prebuilt roles (Admin, Staff, Volunteer) or craft custom ones.
- Toggle access to modules (Messaging, Analytics, Finance).
- Scope data visibility by geography or tenant.
- Audit permission updates to meet compliance requirements.
