Troubleshooting
Use these diagnostic guides to resolve the most common issues encountered while using the Netasampark PWA.
Common Issues
- Cannot log in: Reset the password from the login screen, verify OTP delivery, and confirm the account is active in the admin panel.
- Messages not sending: Check channel balance, template approval status, and scheduled send time.
- Data not syncing: Ensure the device has internet access and manually trigger sync from the Sync Center.
- Slow performance: Clear cached data via Settings → Storage and restart the PWA.
Connectivity Problems
- Verify network strength (Wi-Fi or cellular).
- Switch to offline mode to continue working and sync later.
- For managed devices, confirm VPN or firewall rules allow access to Netasampark domains.
- Use the diagnostics panel to run ping and latency tests.
Sync Problems
- Review the Sync Center queue for validation errors.
- Resolve conflicts by choosing which version of the record to keep.
- Delete stale drafts that block subsequent updates.
- If issues persist, export the queue and share with support.
Performance Tips
- Keep the PWA updated—new releases include optimizations.
- Limit background tabs on lower-end devices.
