Troubleshooting

Use these diagnostic guides to resolve the most common issues encountered while using the Netasampark PWA.

Common Issues

  • Cannot log in: Reset the password from the login screen, verify OTP delivery, and confirm the account is active in the admin panel.
  • Messages not sending: Check channel balance, template approval status, and scheduled send time.
  • Data not syncing: Ensure the device has internet access and manually trigger sync from the Sync Center.
  • Slow performance: Clear cached data via Settings → Storage and restart the PWA.

Connectivity Problems

  • Verify network strength (Wi-Fi or cellular).
  • Switch to offline mode to continue working and sync later.
  • For managed devices, confirm VPN or firewall rules allow access to Netasampark domains.
  • Use the diagnostics panel to run ping and latency tests.

Sync Problems

  • Review the Sync Center queue for validation errors.
  • Resolve conflicts by choosing which version of the record to keep.
  • Delete stale drafts that block subsequent updates.
  • If issues persist, export the queue and share with support.

Performance Tips

  • Keep the PWA updated—new releases include optimizations.
  • Limit background tabs on lower-end devices.
  • Archive inactive segments and old campaigns.
  • Schedule large imports during off-peak hours.
