Voter Management
Building and maintaining an accurate voter database is the foundation of every Netasampark workflow. Use these guides to capture high-quality constituent information and keep it actionable.
Add Voter
- Navigate to Voters → Add Voter.
- Enter core identifiers such as name, primary mobile number, and constituency.
- Attach optional metadata (email, booth, party affiliation, notes) to improve segmentation later.
- Click Save Voter. The record becomes immediately available to messaging, campaign, and analytics modules.
Tip: Configure required custom fields in the admin panel to enforce data consistency across teams.
Import Voters
- Prepare a CSV using the downloadable template (Voters → Import → Download Template).
- Populate rows with voter attributes. Ensure phone numbers include the correct country code.
- Upload the CSV, map columns to Netasampark fields, and review the preview table.
- Confirm the import. Errors are surfaced inline so you can fix and re-upload quickly.
Search & Filter
Use the search bar for instant lookups by name, phone, EPIC, or tag. Advanced filters let you combine:
- Constituency, booth, or ward
- Engagement status and last interaction
- Custom fields, tags, and labels
- Campaign membership or survey responses
Save frequently used filter sets as dynamic segments.
Create Segments
Segments are reusable smart lists. To create one:
- Apply the desired filters in Voters → All Voters.
- Click Save as Segment and provide a name.
- (Optional) Share the segment with teammates or lock it for admins only.
Segments power message targeting, campaign enrollment, reports, and dashboards.
Tags & Notes
- Tags: Quick labels (e.g., supporter, booth-agent, priority). Add from the voter profile or bulk-edit modal.
- Notes: Structured timeline entries where staff can log meetings, commitments, and follow-up actions. Notes include author, timestamp, and attachments.
Consistently tagging and documenting touchpoints keeps teams aligned and enables precise analytics.
