Inbox Overview
- Access via Messaging → WhatsApp Inbox.
- View conversation lists sorted by priority, unread status, or SLA.
- Pin VIP chats and assign owners for accountability.
- See channel health (connected numbers, template quotas) at a glance.
Manage Conversations
- Select a conversation to open the detailed view.
- Use quick replies, saved templates, or free-text responses.
- Attach images, documents, or location pins.
- Add internal notes that are hidden from the voter.
- Tag colleagues or transfer ownership when escalation is required.
Reply to Messages
- Respond directly from the composer.
- Leverage AI-assisted suggestions (if enabled).
- Validate rich media attachments before sending.
- Preview variable substitutions before delivering a template reply.
Auto Responses
- Configure business-hour greetings and after-hours auto replies.
- Build keyword-based autoresponders for FAQs.
- Route conversations automatically based on voter segment or topic tags.
Business Hours
Set working windows per team:
- Go to Inbox Settings → Business Hours.
- Define time ranges, holidays, and escalation contacts.
- Choose fallback actions (auto-reply, reassign to standby team).
- Monitor SLA breaches via alerts and reports.
