WhatsApp Inbox

The WhatsApp Inbox brings two-way conversations into Netasampark so campaign teams can collaborate on constituent messages without leaving the platform.

Inbox Overview

  • Access via Messaging → WhatsApp Inbox.
  • View conversation lists sorted by priority, unread status, or SLA.
  • Pin VIP chats and assign owners for accountability.
  • See channel health (connected numbers, template quotas) at a glance.

Manage Conversations

  1. Select a conversation to open the detailed view.
  2. Use quick replies, saved templates, or free-text responses.
  3. Attach images, documents, or location pins.
  4. Add internal notes that are hidden from the voter.
  5. Tag colleagues or transfer ownership when escalation is required.

Reply to Messages

  • Respond directly from the composer.
  • Leverage AI-assisted suggestions (if enabled).
  • Validate rich media attachments before sending.
  • Preview variable substitutions before delivering a template reply.

Auto Responses

  • Configure business-hour greetings and after-hours auto replies.
  • Build keyword-based autoresponders for FAQs.
  • Route conversations automatically based on voter segment or topic tags.

Business Hours

Set working windows per team:

  1. Go to Inbox Settings → Business Hours.
  2. Define time ranges, holidays, and escalation contacts.
  3. Choose fallback actions (auto-reply, reassign to standby team).
  4. Monitor SLA breaches via alerts and reports.

Combining business hours with automations ensures voters receive timely responses while protecting team bandwidth.
