Welcome to Netasampark! This guide will help you get started with the platform quickly and easily.

Overview ​

Netasampark is a comprehensive political communication platform that enables politicians and their teams to:

  • Manage voters - Build and maintain your constituent database
  • Send messages - Reach voters via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Voice
  • Run campaigns - Create automated multi-step campaigns
  • Handle grievances - Track and resolve constituent issues
  • Monitor news - Stay informed about media mentions
  • Analyze data - Understand engagement and optimize outreach

Platform Components ​

1. Progressive Web App (PWA) ​

The main application for politicians and their teams. Access it at app.netasampark.com.

Key Features:

  • Works on mobile and desktop
  • Offline functionality
  • Install as native app
  • Real-time synchronization

2. Admin Panel ​

Platform administration interface at admin.netasampark.com.

Used for:

  • User management
  • System configuration
  • Provider setup
  • Billing and subscriptions

3. Grievance Portal ​

Public portal for voters at grevieance.netasampark.com.

Allows voters to:

  • Submit grievances
  • Track status
  • Receive updates
  • Rate resolution

4. API Backend ​

Quick Start Steps ​

Step 1: Get Access ​

Contact your administrator or email support@netasampark.com to get:

  • Platform URL
  • Username/Email
  • Initial password
  • API credentials (if needed)

Step 2: First Login ​

  1. Visit app.netasampark.com
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Complete profile setup
  4. Enable two-factor authentication (recommended)

Step 3: Install PWA (Optional) ​

On Mobile (Android/iOS):

  1. Open app in browser
  2. Tap "Add to Home Screen" prompt
  3. Follow installation steps
  4. Launch from home screen

On Desktop (Chrome/Edge):

  1. Click install icon in address bar
  2. Confirm installation
  3. Launch from applications menu

Step 4: Import Voters ​

Before sending messages, you need voters in your database:

Option A: Manual Entry

  1. Go to Voters → Add Voter
  2. Fill in details (name, phone, email)
  3. Click Save

Option B: CSV Import

  1. Go to Voters → Import
  2. Download template
  3. Fill in your data
  4. Upload CSV file
  5. Map columns
  6. Confirm import

Quick Message:

  1. Go to Messaging → Send Message
  2. Select channel (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
  3. Choose recipients (individual or segment)
  4. Select/create template
  5. Review and send
