Admin User Guide

Complete guide for administrators using the Netasampark Admin Panel.

Getting Started

First Login

  1. Navigate to https://admin.netasampark.com
  2. Enter your credentials
  3. Complete security verification if prompted
  4. Explore the dashboard

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides:

  • System health metrics
  • Active user count
  • Message delivery statistics
  • Recent activity feed
  • Quick action buttons

Managing Politicians

Creating a Politician Account

  1. Navigate to PoliticiansCreate
  2. Fill in required information:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Constituency
    • Role
  3. Allocate initial credits
  4. Set permissions
  5. Save

Editing Politician Details

  1. Navigate to Politicians
  2. Find the politician
  3. Click Edit
  4. Update information
  5. Save changes

Managing Credits

  1. Navigate to Politicians → Select politician
  2. Go to Credits tab
  3. Click Add Credits or Deduct Credits
  4. Enter amount and reason
  5. Confirm

Voter Management

Importing Voters

  1. Prepare CSV file with voter data
  2. Navigate to VotersImport
  3. Upload CSV file
  4. Map columns to fields
  5. Review preview
  6. Import

Exporting Voters

  1. Navigate to Voters
  2. Apply filters if needed
  3. Click Export
  4. Select format (CSV, Excel)
  5. Download

Voter Segmentation

  1. Navigate to VotersSegments
  2. Click Create Segment
  3. Define criteria
  4. Save segment
  5. Use segment for campaigns

Communication Management

Configuring Providers

  1. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Select provider (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVR)
  3. Enter credentials
  4. Test connection
  5. Enable provider

Monitoring Message Delivery

  3. Filter by date, channel, status
  4. Export logs if needed
