Getting Started​

First Login​

  1. Navigate to https://app.netasampark.com
  2. Enter your credentials
  3. Complete onboarding
  4. Explore available features

Understanding Permissions​

Your access is based on your role and permissions:

  • View Voters: Can view voter information
  • Send Messages: Can send messages
  • Field Operations: Can record field activities
  • Team Collaboration: Can use team features

Available Features​

Viewing Voters​

If you have permission:

  1. Navigate to Voters
  2. Browse voter list
  3. Search for specific voters
  4. View voter details

Sending Messages​

If you have permission:

  1. Navigate to Messaging
  2. Select channel
  3. Compose message
  4. Send

Field Operations​

  1. Navigate to Field Operations
  2. Record visits
  3. Track location
  4. Add notes

Team Collaboration​

  1. Navigate to Team
  2. View team chat
  3. Check assigned tasks
  4. Update task status
