Getting Started

First Login

  1. Navigate to https://app.netasampark.com
  2. Enter your credentials
  3. Complete onboarding if prompted
  4. Explore the dashboard

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard shows:

  • Total voters
  • Messages sent today
  • Active campaigns
  • Pending grievances
  • Recent activity

Sending Messages

WhatsApp Messages

  1. Navigate to MessagingWhatsApp
  2. Click New Message
  3. Select recipient
  4. Compose message or use template
  5. Add media if needed
  6. Send

SMS Messages

  1. Navigate to MessagingSMS
  2. Click New Message
  3. Select recipient
  4. Compose message
  5. Send

Email Messages

  1. Navigate to MessagingEmail
  2. Click New Email
  3. Select recipient
  4. Compose email
  5. Add subject and body
  6. Send

Managing Voters

Viewing Voters

  1. Navigate to Voters
  2. Browse voter list
  3. Use search to find specific voters
  4. Apply filters as needed

Adding Voters

  1. Navigate to VotersAdd
  2. Fill in voter information
  3. Save

Voter Segmentation

  1. Navigate to VotersSegments
  2. Create segment with criteria
  3. Use segment for campaigns

Campaigns

Creating a Campaign

  1. Navigate to CampaignsCreate
  2. Select campaign type
  3. Choose recipients
  4. Compose message
  5. Schedule if needed
  6. Launch campaign

Monitoring Campaigns

  2. View campaign performance
  3. Check delivery status

Creating an Event

  1. Navigate to EventsCreate
  2. Fill in event details

  2. View team locations on map
