  2. Browse available information

Anonymous Submission

  1. Navigate to Submit Grievance
  2. Fill in grievance details
  3. Select category
  4. Upload attachments if needed
  5. Submit

Registered Submission

  1. Create account or login
  2. Navigate to Submit Grievance
  3. Fill in details
  4. Submit
  5. Track status

Tracking Grievances

Viewing Status

  1. Login to your account
  2. Navigate to My Grievances
  3. View grievance status
  4. Check updates

Updating Grievance

  1. Select grievance
  2. Add comments

  4. Submit update
