Complete guide to creating and managing campaigns in the PWA.

Overview

Campaigns allow you to send coordinated messages to multiple recipients across different channels with scheduling, automation, and analytics.

Creating a Campaign

Basic Campaign

  1. Navigate to CampaignsCreate
  2. Enter campaign name
  3. Select channel (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVR)
  4. Choose recipients:
    • Select segment
    • Upload CSV
    • Manual selection
  5. Compose message
  6. Review and launch

Scheduled Campaign

  1. Create campaign as above
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Select date and time
  4. Save campaign
  5. Campaign will send automatically

Campaign Types

Broadcast Campaign

Send the same message to all recipients:

  • Simple setup
  • Fast delivery
  • Good for announcements

Journey Campaign

Automated multi-step campaign:

  • Trigger-based
  • Conditional logic
  • Multi-channel
  • Time-based actions

Survey Campaign

Collect responses:

  • Question creation
  • Response tracking
  • Analytics

Campaign Analytics

View campaign performance:

  • Total sent
  • Delivered count
  • Failed count
  • Read receipts (WhatsApp)
  • Response rate
  • Cost analysis

Managing Campaigns

View Campaigns

  1. Navigate to Campaigns
  2. View all campaigns
  3. Filter by status
  4. Sort by date

Campaign Status

  • Draft: Not yet launched
  • Scheduled: Scheduled for future
  • Running: Currently sending
  • Completed: Finished
  • Paused: Temporarily stopped
  • Failed: Error occurred

Pause/Resume

  1. Select campaign
  2. Click Pause or Resume
  3. Confirm action

Best Practices

  1. Test First: Send test message before campaign
  2. Segment Audience: Target specific groups
  3. Timing: Send during appropriate hours
  4. Personalization: Use recipient names
  5. Monitor: Track campaign performance
