Overview
Campaigns allow you to send coordinated messages to multiple recipients across different channels with scheduling, automation, and analytics.
Creating a Campaign
Basic Campaign
- Navigate to Campaigns → Create
- Enter campaign name
- Select channel (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, IVR)
- Choose recipients:
- Select segment
- Upload CSV
- Manual selection
- Compose message
- Review and launch
Scheduled Campaign
- Create campaign as above
- Click Schedule
- Select date and time
- Save campaign
- Campaign will send automatically

Broadcast Campaign
Send the same message to all recipients:

Journey Campaign

- Navigate to Campaigns
- View all campaigns
- Filter by status
- Sort by date
Campaign Status
- Draft: Not yet launched
- Scheduled: Scheduled for future
- Running: Currently sending
- Completed: Finished
- Paused: Temporarily stopped
- Failed: Error occurred
Pause/Resume
- Select campaign
- Click Pause or Resume
- Confirm action
