PWA Getting Started

Quick start guide for using the Netasampark PWA.

First Steps​

1. Login​

  1. Navigate to https://app.netasampark.com
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Login

2. Explore Dashboard​

Your dashboard shows:

  • Total voters
  • Messages sent today
  • Active campaigns
  • Pending grievances

3. Import Voters​

  1. Navigate to Voters → Import
  2. Download CSV template
  3. Fill in voter data
  4. Upload CSV file
  5. Map columns
  6. Import

4. Send Your First Message​

  1. Navigate to Messaging → WhatsApp
  2. Click New Message
  3. Select recipient
  4. Compose message
  5. Click Send

  • Email: Send emails
  • IVR: Make voice calls

Voter Management​

  • View Voters: Browse voter database
  • Search: Advanced search functionality

  • Analytics: Campaign performance
