Communication management allows you to configure, monitor, and manage all communication channels including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and IVR.
Channel Configuration
WhatsApp Setup
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp
- Select provider (Meta or Gupshup)
- Enter credentials:
- API key
- API secret
- Phone number ID
- Test connection
- Enable provider
SMS Setup
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → SMS
- Select provider (Twilio or Msg91)
- Enter credentials
- Test connection
- Enable provider
Email Setup
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Email
- Select provider (Brevo or SendGrid)
- Enter credentials
- Test connection
- Enable provider
IVR Setup
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → IVR
- Configure Exotel
- Enter credentials
- Test connection
- Enable provider
