Politician management allows administrators to create, manage, and monitor politician accounts with credit allocation, permissions, and activity tracking.

Creating a Politician

Basic Information

  1. Navigate to PoliticiansCreate
  2. Fill in required information:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Constituency
    • Role
  3. Set password
  4. Click Create

Advanced Settings

  • Credit allocation
  • Permissions
  • Team assignments
  • Custom attributes

Managing Politicians

View Politicians

  1. Navigate to Politicians
  2. Browse politician list
  3. Use search and filters
  4. View details

Edit Politician

  1. Find politician
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update information
  4. Save changes

Deactivate Politician

  1. Select politician
  2. Click Deactivate
  3. Confirm action

Credit Management

Allocate Credits

  1. Navigate to Politicians → Select politician
  2. Go to Credits tab
  3. Click Add Credits
  4. Enter amount
  5. Add reason
  6. Confirm

View credit transactions:

  • Allocation history

View Activity

  1. Select politician
  2. Go to Activity tab
  3. View:
    • Login history
    • Message sends
    • Campaign launches
    • System actions

Complete audit trail of:

  • Account changes
  • Credit transactions
  • Permission changes
  • System access

Impersonation

Impersonate Politician

  1. Select politician
  2. Click Impersonate
  3. Confirm action
  4. Access as politician

Impersonation Logs

All impersonations are logged for security.
